Dr. Richard Lewis graduated from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine.  He completed his Internship at Kennedy Memorial Hospitals-University Medical Center, NJ, and his residency at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, NJ.

Dr. Lewis is board certified by American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology; and a member of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and the American Association of Physician Leadership.

Dr. Lewis has over 30 years of experience in obstetrics-gynecology, and served as ob-gyn residency faculty and was a former Air Force Reserve Flight Surgeon including active duty overseas assignment.

Dr. Lewis’ professional interests include high quality, patient-centered obstetrics and gynecology; minimally invasive gynecological surgery.  In his free time, Dr. Lewis is interested in surfing, outrigger canoe paddling, snorkeling, SCUBA diving, music and vocal performance. Welcome Dr. Lewis!
