Lisa Medeiros-Fukumitsu, a patient account representative in the Business Services office, has been named North Hawaii Community Hospital employee of the quarter.
Lisa was recognized for the exceptional service that she provides to our patients on a daily basis. Lisa is considered an expert in customer service and the way she handles patient calls, inquiries, and concerns.
“Lisa embodies our CARE behaviors — Compassion, Aloha, Respect, and Excellence — and goes above and beyond not only for our patients but for her co-workers as well,” said NHCH President Cindy Kamikawa.
