The Queen’s Dental Clinic is staffed by dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, dental biller, patient service representatives, and Managers who are licensed Registered Nurses. The primary focus of the Dental Clinic is service for patients who may have limited access to community health center or private practice dental services due to fragile health, disability or complex oral-facial disease.
The Queen’s Dental Clinic is staffed by dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, dental biller, patient service representatives, and Managers who are licensed Registered Nurses. Dental Residents are licensed dental school graduates (not dental students) who are supervised by our Director of Dental Resident Education and a faculty of dedicated private dentists and dental specialists who are members of Queen’s medical staff. Our Dental Residents are selected from the among the most successful dental school graduates in the nation for their unique skills and interest in working in a hospital setting. Residents, attending dentists, and oral surgeons are available on-call to respond to the needs of hospital staff and patients with urgent needs. The Queen’s Dental Clinic Ohana cumulatively has extensive years of experience in hospital and general dentistry.
The Dental Clinic at The Queen’s Medical Center provides care to outpatients, inpatients and patients with special health care needs or serious health problems or those with disabilities who need to be treated in a hospital setting.
Dental Residents are licensed dental school graduates (not dental students) who are supervised by our Director of Dental Resident Education, Dental Director, and a faculty of dedicated private dentists and dental specialists who are members of Queen’s medical staff. Our Dental Residents are selected from the among the most successful dental school graduates in the nation for their unique skills and interest in working in a hospital setting. Residents, attending dentists, and oral surgeons are available on-call to respond to the needs of hospital staff and patients with urgent needs.
The year-long residency program only offers a limited number of positions for post-graduate work in an urban hospital setting. Applicants are chosen in the Fall for a one year term which begins the following July. To apply, download form below.
