Falling down, especially in older adults, can be dangerous. And it can also be frustrating for caregivers. But there are things you can do to limit and manage falls.

Christina Donayri, Clinical Coordinator Injury & Prevention at The Queen’s Medical Center gives some important information in this segment of the KHON2 News.

In addition, Queen’s is inviting anyone to take part in FREE Matter of Balance classes. Virtual classes start Thursday, July 29 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. You will learn how to view falls as controllable and set goals for increased activity.
