HONOLULU – Beginning today, Queen’s is administering Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine booster doses for the following groups who have received two (2) doses of the Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine series with the last dose having been given 6 months or more ago:
1 . Individuals 65 years or older and/or Long Term Health Care (LTHC) residents
2. Individuals 18-64 years old with underlying medical conditions (not limited to the following):
- Cancer
- Chronic kidney disease
- Chronic lung disease
- Substance abuse
- Dementia
- Diabetes
- Heart conditions
- Liver disease
- Obesity
- Sickle cell disease
- Smoker (former or current, includes vaping)
- Stroke

3. Individuals 18-64 years old who are at an increased risk for COVID-19 exposure and transmission because of an occupational or institutional setting such as:
- Health care workers
- Front line employees (ie. grocery store workers or teachers)
Individuals will be asked to attest to the condition or situation they have which makes them eligible for a booster dose. No documentation is needed.
NOTE: Third doses of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccine are still being administered for immunocompromised individuals.

Time: 7:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
Closed Mondays, walk-ins allowed
Location: Neal Blaisdell Center Pikake Room
Time: 7:30 a.m.-6:40 p.m.
Closed Tuesdays, by appointment only
Location: Queen’s North Hawaii Community Hospital
Time: 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Closed Tuesdays/Thursdays, walk-ins allowed
Location: Molokai General Hospital
Time: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Closed Saturdays/Sundays, by appointment only
