Kohala Home Health Care provides quality care for homebound patients by offering services designed to meet the patient’s medical needs. Our service area includes Hilo, Hamakua, Kohala, Waimea, Kona and surrounding areas of Waikoloa.
Our team from Kohala Home Health Care works closely with the hospital, physician, patient, family and insurance company to create a comprehensive plan of care.
The Kohala Home Health Care team is made up of registered nurses, certified home health aides, licensed occupational, physical and speech therapists.

By utilizing Kohala Home Health Care services, your patients will have peace of mind to maintain and manage their health care in their personal home setting. Additionally, as a Physician, these services allow you to help plan for your patients’ care outside of the hospital with quality assurance, oversight of skilled patient monitoring with prompt feedback, and assisting the patient in controlling costs without compromising a high level of care.
