Statewide Student Opportunities

The Queen’s Health System provides an 8-week summer research internship for undergraduate college students interested in a career in medicine and research. This program is offered by The Queen’s Medical Center, Office of Research & Development in collaboration with the University of Hawaii – John A. Burns School of Medicine, Department of Native Hawaiian Health.

Shadowing opportunities are available at The Queen’s Medical Center for those interested in a career in health care, or for health care professionals seeking to advance their knowledge. A thorough application process is required. Please allow a minimum of six weeks for processing Shadowing requests.
