Erlynn Tabac, Business Services Manager at North Hawaii Community Hospital, was recently presented with The Queen’s Health Systems Award of Excellence. Erlynn was presented with the award during a ceremony at The Queen’s Health Systems Punchbowl campus on Oahu.
Erlynn was recognized for her commitment to customer satisfaction, her dedication to the hospital’s CARE values that she displays every day, and for her role as an exemplary manager. In her nomination, it was noted that, “Erlynn always takes the time to address patient concerns. In her role as a manager, she usually gets the most complex customer billing issues and she always takes the time to research and clearly explain the often complicated charges and reimbursement.”
Erlynn is a great representative of an employee who is more behind-the-scenes than an employee like a nurse or medical assistant but who is making a difference in patients’ lives and the smooth running of the hospital on a daily basis.
